Different Types of Teammates

As you all know, if you've read my Introduction. I'm a soon to be graduate of college and as a student I've observed different types of teammates that you'll come across. Some are downright fun and helpful to work with while others are simply MEH! MEH as in stressful that I would want to pull my teeth out cuz all of the stress and MEH as in my face gets memefied.

Rage Meme Face
<-- This is what I look like with major time pressure and stress.

Not pretty at all.

I'm the type of person who wants to gets things done, on time. I hate the stress and the pressure. Honestly, I don't know how you can produce a wonderful outcome with so little time. And if your used to delaying all the time as a student, believe me. When you get to the working phase, you'll get one hell of a shock! Work is different from SCHOOL. You can get late in school or say stupid excuses like "my dog ate my homework." But in Business, your boss will just say "BULLSHIT!" and not in a very nice way. You might even loose your job.

"Tomorrow is the only day in the year that appeals to a lazy man. "

The types:

1. Light bulbs -  people who collaborate and share ideas. They have initiative to do the work and will propose new solutions when dead ends are reached. They're second when it comes to weight lifting all the load on the team members.

2. Bystanders - people who standby while work is being done by others, remaining motionless while nothing is assigned to them.

3. Leeches - people who depend on others, they sap the life and blood out of you. And because leeches don't have ears, they don't listen when you scold them. They remain lazy and dependent. They do things when they're scolded by the whole team. -> MEMEH!

4. Genius - in short people who are smart, likes to read, informative. But beware some geniuses thinks they're right all the time and its hard to suggest new things to them.

5. Blabbers - people who just talk and delay things. For example "I'll submit it by Friday." But glow and behold they'll give it to you after a week. They make excuses just to delay them from doing a task. Excuses are repetitive and shallow. You'll get negative feedback from them when a lot of work needs to be done. -> MEMEH!

6. Weight lifter - people who do the work cuz leeches or blabbers can't do it or are just too lazy to start until the deadline is already near. They're the hope of the team, usually very positive and tries they're best to help out.

7. The breeze - people who are arrogant. Some are very egotistic and very in your face arrogant! Which is very very very annoying, if they can't deliver. But there are other breezes that are subtle in being arrogant. They usually use this phrase "I told you so," "I knew that," "If it wasn't for me."

8. Almost perfect - people who have the initiative to do work, have ideas, collaborates, smart and a team player. BUT, they can't lead. They don't have the ability to call the shots when it comes to hard decisions like dropping someone from the group.

These are the people that I've come across in my life. There's a lot more actually and its kinda boring to list them all down since they can be combined.

BEWARE! DEADLY COMBO -> Blabbers/Leeches. Take caution if your gonna take them in, prepare your MEME face.
